An SIA-licensed officer is dispatched to attend the site, check the cause, and secure the property.

We report back to you or your property management team with what was found and what action was taken.

Where an incident needs police, fire or other emergency services, we coordinate that response and stay on site until it's resolved.

Built to work alongside your existing systems

We don't need to replace your current alarm system to provide this service. We work with what you already have in place, including systems managed by other providers, and slot in as the response arm that gets a physical person to your door when it matters. This is often paired with mobile patrols or manned guarding, so out-of-hours cover is handled consistently rather than as a one-off callout.
